Carefully read the following terms and conditions before purchasing this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by orbitcoders.com your purchase of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

BY PURCHASING THE SOFTWARE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND SUBJECTS TO ITS CONDITIONS.

If the agreement is violated in any manner, the license may be revoked at the discretion of orbitcoders.com, at any time. There are no refunds given for revoked licenses. Revocation of license is at the sole discretion of orbitcoders.com

YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT CONCERNING THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ORBITCODERS.COM AND YOU, AND SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL(S), OR PRIOR AGREEMENT(S), WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT.Limit of Liability: orbitcoders.com is not, and will not, be held liable for any conduct associated with your use of this program, for your advertising activity, nor for any content posted using orbitcoders.com programs.The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. orbitcoders.com is not to be held, and will not accept, any liability for any damages, direct or consequential, resulting from the installation or use of this software. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of stored data or loss of operational capability of the associated hardware and software systems.

ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATED REFUND POLICY.

Grant of License
One licensed copy of the program may reside on a single server. For each installed instance of the program, a separate license is required. Registered users may alter or modify this software, at their own risk. Users or license owners may not give non license holders access to or permission to modify the software, however. Although license-holders may modify the code for their use, modified code may NOT be resold or distributed. All copyright notices used within the scripts MUST remain intact.

Ownership
While license-holder owns the magnetic or digital media, or online delivered file, on which the licensed software is originally stored, the Licensor (orbitcoders.com) retains title and ownership of the software recorded on the original magnetic or digital media or online delivered file and all subsequent copies of it. This License is not a sale of the original software or any copy.

Copyright Notice & Usage Disclaimer
You may not customize the software at all, you MAY NOT alter or remove the copyright and "powered by" notices throughout the system. In addition, by using these scripts you agree to assume full liability for any content or banners you or others post on your system. You also agree that orbitcoders.com is not liable for any mishaps that may result due to installation of the scripts. These scripts MAY NOT be sold or in any way re-used or licensed without the express written consent of orbitcoders.com.

orbitcoders.com reserves the rights to encode and encrypt any of the non-user orientated files to protect the nature of our scripts to prevent alternations or unlawful reselling.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONSScript Distribution
The script will be distributed in its default features and functions as it is included in the pack shown in the DEMO (excluding the optional plugins).

Installation
Installations, additional license installations and/or MySQL/Perl modules installations will be charged extra. All Orbitcoders' products are based on PHP and MYSQL.

Modifications
3rd party modifications prohibited without permission of orbitcoders.com (this does not include localizations). Any 3rd party modification can cause warranty void and considered violation of our intelliectual property.Updates
We provide 30 days free updates of our scripts. Updates that require file uploading, setting file permissions and setting server variables in files must be performed by the client. Updates that require additionally code modification will be performed by orbitcoders.com for free. If you require orbitcoders.com to implement the update, additional charges apply. Also additional charges apply for the update of modified script versions.

Refund Policy
Refunds are NOT given if server specifications does not meet requirements. Refunds are NOT given for unsuitability to a web server requirement for which the requirements are clearly listed on the product site. Refunds are NOT given for missing "features" or missing capabilities for our products which feature a fully functional online demo. The customer is responsible for determining if the product is suitable by using the demo or trial software. Refunds are NOT given for installation fees or other non-product labor costs. Refund are strictly on a case to case basis and if refund is agreed, orbitcoders.com has the right to return the agreed amount in a period not longer than 120 days.

Fraud Or Intented Fraud
We do not tolerate credit card fraud, which is a felony. We also record all IP (s) addressees along with your computer information,  If it is determined that an attempted order is fraudulent. We will report all information to the FBI at http://www.ifccfbi.gov

Run Your Own Service Guarantee
orbitcoders.com provides the technology that allows you to run your own service as outlined on our product info page and as seen on the corresponding demo pages with all features and functions. However orbitcoders.com does not give an income guarantee or offer marketing/promotion service and consultations.

General Support Policy
Priority email support is provided to customers, and to all customers on an as-time-allows basis. We have an outstanding record for providing after-sale support, free and timely. Just ask any of our customers. If we can help you in a reasonable amount of time and our other responsibilities do not conflict, your support will be free, regardless of your purchase date. If the time to determine and correct your problems becomes too long, we will ask you to pay us for our time. Please consult our support forum, it should have relevant information for your problems.

Delivery After Payment
We do not collect any Credit Card(s) information or any data by the site, ALL payment transactions are dealt with by our payment gateways. As all payments are verified by them, some of these gateways stipulate 24-36 hours of waiting periods before giving us the confirmation. Therefore, we will need to stress to all purchasers that it became our policy to deliver the deliviables only after their verifications which can extend between 24-48 hours.

Orbitcoders Hosting Service Disclaimer
Orbitcoders.com's hosting services provided for its customer is on the basis of 'hosting facilities provider' and Orbitcoders have no inherent knowledge nor any direct or indirect involvement in the operations and publication of their content and management. orbitcoders.com assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of any particular statement and accepts no liability for any loss or damage which may arise from reliance on the information contained on these sites. In all aspects to clients hosting websites in Orbitcoders' server, Orbitcoders do not guarantee, approve or endorse the information or products available at these websites, nor does a link indicate any association with or endorsement by the linked site to Orbitcoders.

orbitcoders.com reserves the right to terminate/suspend any hosted clients' webspaces, even prior to the expiry of agreed contractual periods, if we find incriminating materials or information that violates or attempt to damage our reputations/server or intellectual properties.

Indemnity
Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Provider harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees) related to or arising out of any services or equipment of Provider used by Client under this Agreement, including without limitation claims made by third parties (including customers of Client) related to any false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services sold by Client, claims for patent, copyright or trademark infringement, claims due to disruption or malfunction of services provided hereunder, or for any content submitted by Client for publication by Provider, but excluding those related to the negligence of Provider.

Featured client list and selective banner placements
We randomly, as well as, selectively place our premium clients on the featured customer area and banner displays. In no ways are we affiliated or do we endorse the content/operations of their sites. We are strictly the technology facilitators who provided the services. This disclaimer covers Orbitcoders group of sites.

Support
Support expanses of time and efforts will not be charged for enhancement of software which results in the determination of a "bug" in the orbitcoders.com software.

Respond to Malicious Emails
We rarely mail our hosting customers with any emails, not to mention attachments. It has come to our attention that scammers have been imitating the 'management' of orbitcoders.com and place malicious attachments; we will never do such a thing. So please use your discretion and own risks in opening such mails and attachments.

Email Attachments: orbitcoders.com emails will never ask you to download an attachment or a software program. Attachments contained in fraudulent emails often contain viruses that may harm your computer.

Often, fraudulent emails will request details such as your full name, account password, credit card number, bank account, PIN number, Social Security Number, or mother's maiden name. We will never in any circumstances ask for them.
